What your role is

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the brand strategy to support our core business and innovation across our international markets, defining a pipeline of initiatives aligned with consumer and customer needs to deliver our long-term growth ambition.
As part of the International Brand Development Team (BDT), we aim to grow our brands profitably across major established international markets (UK, France, Australia) as well as a range of accelerated growth markets around the world.
We are looking for a strategic marketing leader who puts the consumer first and understands how to uncover and translate insights into an effective innovation strategy and pipeline. This role leads a team of direct reports and cross-functional stakeholders around the world, energizing and developing people as a true brand champion.
This role leads global cross-functional teams with a consumer-first mindset. The successful candidate will commercially aware and deliver initiatives that fuel growth and steward the brand in a sustainable way. The position is part of the International Brand Development Team (BDT), part of the Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Brand Management, Snacks.
Key Accountabilities
1. Contribute to annual planning milestones, recommending innovation strategy and pipeline anchored into a consumer-first mindset and supporting key markets' profitable growth.
2. Lead a team of SBMs and BMs to orchestrate a cross-functional team (supply, ITQ/R&D, Consumer Insights, Local Markets) in the development and execution of innovation and renovation pipeline.
3. Build a funnel to ensure pipeline sufficiency with strong consumer desirability, industrial feasibility, and financial viability.
4. Orchestrate Trade Sell development & Snacks Academy deployment with Category to drive strong internal and external engagement.
5. Lead high-complexity (CAPEX, lead time) strategic projects.
6. Support Category on the development of PPA strategy & pipeline build.
7. Line Management Team of 3: Senior Brand Manager/ Brand Manager/ Project Manager.
8. Champion project management excellence, demonstrating best-in-class project management skills.
What you will bring to the team
Qualifications
9. 6+ years of brand marketing experience in consumer goods.
10. Prior experience in innovation and development, preferably with a strong grounding and experience in brand strategy, brand experience and in-market activation.
11. Learning and growth oriented with a consumer-first mindset and experience in brand leadership.
12. Ability to translate insights and trends into strategies and plans.
13. Excellent project management skills, able to plan effectively, deliver on time, and delegate appropriately.
14. Ability to excel when working with ambiguity; flexibly minded offering innovative solutions.
15. Resilient, ability to overcome challenges in a creative way and to drive positive energy within the team.
16. Experience in P&L management, commercially savvy with a good understanding of drivers of profitability.
17. Passionate networker and connector with the ability to influence and inspire change, exceptional team player with the ability to work within and lead a cross-functional team.
