What you'll be working: This role is full-time, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with additional on-call responsibilities. What you'll be doing: As the Registered Manager, you will: Lead the development and delivery of this new service, ensuring it meets Ofsted regulations and delivers exceptional care. Implement trauma-informed approaches to care, such as PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, and Empathy), to support the children’s emotional and behavioural development. Oversee the assessment and formulation of treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs. Build and manage a compassionate and skilled team, fostering a positive and supportive culture.
