We're looking for someone to join the team who is hands-on, experienced in IT or systems and interested in working on a broad range of topics including Office 365/Azure administration and assuring data quality in our DMS/AMS.
As a Systems Support Analyst, you'll help support the NLL team (approx. 45 employees) with their IT platforms and tools. You will be a go-to person if a user has a problem or has a question related to these platforms.
Experience with Office 365 administration and SharePoint is important and any previous experience working with MS Azure would be useful. However, most important is an enthusiasm to learn and develop this knowledge and a willingness to support the team. There will be opportunities for training to become an expert on these platforms. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to help others, be resourceful, and have an eye for detail.
