We are currently looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join our team based in either Lutterworth or Swindon.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Main purpose of job
* Be point of contact for client services for all data and reporting across global accounts
* Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Sales; Business Development; Operations, Finance and Transport) to ensure that data is pulled together correctly
* Ensure that client services business partners have access to information as required, and it is up to date and accurate
Key tasks
* Maintain the client services contract tracker
* Report monthly to client services business partners on contract renewal status and coming months
* Manage data and client services records in Salesforce, ensuring consistency and accuracy
* Collate, report and share NPS data in system and reporting
* Manage the coordination of indexation data – keep records and report on progress
* Take minutes from any key meetings
* Create / amend client service account plans and budget plans – in line with department requirements
* Monthly service reviews created for region
* IAL creation and coordination, supporting BPs for challenging clients (where needed)
Profile:
* You will be a good communicator - verbal and written
* You will have the ability to work at pace, responding to clients in a timely way and organising your workload accordingly
* You will be comfortable with managing data and working with in-house systems as well as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* You will enjoy working with external stakeholders and making a great contribution to a small team
