Team Leader - Community Activities WIGTON
Full Time (37.5 hours per week* This includes Support Worker hours and off rota hours)
(£12.44- £12.67 per hour)

Do you have at least 1 years’ experience in Learning Disability? Desirable Level 2 Diploma in Care (if not willingness to work towards) Essential- The Care Certificate.
Can you lead by example?
We are looking for a Team Leader to support the Service Manager with providing additional support, conducting observations and mentoring, support with the development of the staff rota and deputise for the Service Manager as required. It is also a requirement of the role to take part in the On-Call rota.
As part of the On-call rota there could be the requirement to travel between sites independently of public transport, this could be during the night in an emergency situation, and therefore access to the use of a vehicle is essential.
