Job Description
Key responsibilities of the HR Administrator include:
* Manage HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and processing documentation for HR related activities.
* Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.
* Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and maintaining a database of potential candidates.
* Oversee the companies HR and Recruitment general inbox.
* Collaborate with the HR team in implementing HR strategies and policies.
* Address employee queries regarding HR related issues.
* Assist in the organisation's performance management processes.
* Contribute to the development of short-term and long-term HR plans.
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Administrator should have:
* Prior experience within an office/admin position, doesn't necessarily need to be HR related.
* A university degree is desirable.
* Strong computer literacy and capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong ethics and reliability.
* Impressive organisation and prioritisation skills.
