Job Title: Maintenance Assistant
Salary: £26,000 per annum

Location: BAE Systems, Saltgrounds Road, Brough, East Riding of Yorkshire, England, HU15 1EQ
The company is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to provide general and fabric maintenance, along with business support tasks at BAE Brough. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned, reactive, and ad hoc maintenance tasks, including weekly and monthly maintenance activities, as well as minor building fabric and plumbing repairs. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of building statutory compliance and be able to deliver excellent customer service to building occupants. A proactive approach to maintenance and building management is essential. Additionally, the candidate should have a solid understanding of health and safety requirements in a building environment and be open to further training if necessary. Strong teamwork and communication skills are required, and the successful candidate must pass a Security Clearance before starting the role. The Maintenance Assistant may also be required to join the On-Call System, responding to emergency call-outs and taking appropriate actions to make repairs or ensure safety. A full UK driver's license is mandatory for this position.
