This is a part-time role; you can either work shorter hours 5 days a week or 4 full days.
Main Duties:
* Supporting the Conference and Events Manager on flagship annual conference (over 900 delegates).
* Administration, promotion, scheduling.
* Supporting queries and updates on their system.
* Assisting the Conference and Events Manager in building the programme.
* Assisting with conference awards administration, including collating applications and scores from judges.
* Assisting with the development of the mobile app.
* Customer service and quality delivery.
* Managing liaison with speakers and other participants.
* Facilitating the management of the conference onsite.
* Producing after-conference reports, certificates, data, and administration wrap-up.
* Other duties and general responsibilities.
* Producing and drafting correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
* Testing new developments on the CRM system.
* Acting as the first point of call for event enquiries.
* Providing support to the Events and Membership Team in absences and on an ad hoc basis.
* Undertaking general clerical and other such duties as may reasonably be required.
