An established and innovative technology company is looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join its dedicated technical aftercare team. Key Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming calls to the dedicated service line promptly and professionally.
* Ensuring all client queries are handled efficiently, with follow-ups as needed.
* Accurately maintain and update data using ConnectWise service software (training provided).
* Providing internal progress updates on ongoing projects.
* Managing data filing and performing other administrative tasks.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: £30,000 Basic Per Annum + Benefits
