Now expanding, they are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of contracts and compliance across all phases of existing and future projects. As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing contract negotiations, managing compliance, and minimising risks throughout the lifecycle of construction projects. Key Responsibilities
·Successfully manage the contract and deliver projects from award to completion and close-out, including day to day management and motivation of the contract delivery team.
·Ensure all contractual obligations are met and align with legal and regulatory requirements.

·Be responsible for development, management and delivery of Company budgets whilst maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
