This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit development team working on bespoke software solutions used by some of the biggest names in the construction industry. The company has a team of 8 developers at various levels of experience, and you'll be reporting directly to the Head of Development. It's a highly collaborative environment where everyone's ideas are valued, and developers are encouraged to contribute across the stack. What they're looking for: Solid commercial experience with JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, and Nest.js. A developer who enjoys working across the full stack and isn't afraid to get stuck in with different parts of a project. Someone who's passionate about clean code, learning new technologies, and working as part of a team. Experience with other languages, tools, or frameworks is a big plus - this will give you the chance to jump onto more projects down the line. The role: Hybrid working: 2 days a week in the Leicestershire office, 3 from home. You'll be building and enhancing bespoke web applications used across the construction sector.
