If that’s you, we’d be delighted to talk to you The role The primary purpose of the Payroll Administrator is to ensure accurate and timely in-house payroll processing of four PAYE groups in accordance with statutory and company regulations, policies and procedures. The role will be providing strong administrative duties to support the Payroll Manager in meeting all payroll and accounting related deadlines and to ensure all our 800 employees are paid 100% correctly and on time. Main responsibilities of the role include: Administer the payroll requirements of starters, leavers, contractual changes, maternity, paternity, overtime and flexible benefit inputs. Administer Sick Pay Administer the companies’ pensions scheme and payments Run system driven payroll calculations extracting and reconciling data Assisting with BACS transmissions. Administer monthly RTI duties including FPS/EPS submissions. Assist the Payroll Manager and Finance Management Accountant with month end accounting duties Assist the payroll manager in all aspects of tax year end duties. You will need: Minimum 2 years’ experience in payroll is desirable but not essential as full training and support will be provided. Experience in using a computerised payroll or accounting system is desirable (preferably Civica HR and Payroll/Netsuite). Proficient user of Microsoft Word and Excel packages essential Good analytical, organisational and numeracy skills Who are Succession Wealth?
