What is the opportunity?
You will provide confidential administrative support to members of the Fiduciary Management team, in order to provide excellent client service. This is a trainee position that would be suitable for someone to start their career in the finance industry with a focus on Trust administration.
What will you do?
1. Assist with filing, content management, meeting pack production, general administration, and other regular client support work, including but not limited to the arrangement of payments and completion of requests in the relevant databases, in order to deliver an efficient client service.
2. Support with adhoc administration and reporting, including supporting other team members during absences.
3. Provide a first line support service to all clients within the Fiduciary Management team.
