Job Title: SEN Tutor Job Duties: Provide tailored support to students One to one tuition for pupils outside of mainstream school Develop individualised learning plans Deliver engaging and interactive lessons Assess students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Required Qualifications: Specialised training or experience in SEN education Strong understanding of different learning needs and strategies Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN Knowledge and Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Knowledge of relevant SEN legislation and best practises Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible schedule Work primarily in educational settings such as schools or learning centres May require travel to different locations to provide support All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
