An alternative provision is looking for an experienced behaviour mentor to join their support staff. This school is seeking staff to support key stage 2 and 3 students who have social, emotional, mental health, and behaviour associated needs. This school has a key focus on sport and therefore individuals with a sporting background are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
1. Support students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
2. Assist in creating a positive learning environment.
3. Implement strategies to promote positive behavior.
4. Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support student development.
Qualifications:
1. Experience working with children in an educational setting.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
