As a Registered Nurse, you will:
Ensure the delivery of high-quality
Collaborate with the Multidisciplinary Team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
Maintain professional standards in line with the Nursing and Midwifery Council guidelines
Lead shifts in the absence of a Nurse Band 6 and manage immediate incidents
Communicate effectively with children, families, and the wider team
Participate in audits, research, and service development initiatives

37.5 hours per week full-time (mixed shifts only)
35 days inclusive of Public/Bank Holidays

The ideal Registered Nurse Band 5 candidate will:
Be a Registered Nurse with evidence of continuing professional development
Have experience working with children and young people with disabilities and complex health needs
Demonstrate strong communication skills and a holistic approach to care
Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is preferred
Show commitment to the charity's vision and values and possess a flexible, motivated attitude.
