Are you a Client Partner or Digital Client Partner looking to join an incredible BCorp Digital agency? I am working with a fab team who are starting the search for a brilliant Client Partner who loves to manage and own their own client accounts across digital projects such as website, mobile and app. This is a permanent full-time role with a salary of £40k - £43k. Our client has a beautiful office in Ashorne, Warwickshire, and they are hybrid so onsite at least 2 days per week. This role is commutable across Warwick, Leamington, Coventry, Birmingham, Solihull, and Stratford-upon-Avon, to name a few.
The Company
A digital agency based in Warwickshire that works with a range of different clients across different sectors from travel and leisure to charity and non-profit and everything in between. They work with their clients to offer services across UX, design, development and deployment of a range of digital products including website and app, helping businesses to stay on top in a hugely digital world. They are a nice sized agency of around 20 people and have recently become BCorp which they are super proud of. With a culture focused on support, development and autonomy this is a great place if you love managing your time and workload. Offering lots of flexibility, they are onsite 1 day per week but more if you want to, and they have core office hours of 10am-4pm.
The Role
As Client Partner you will be working on this agency's biggest account, building and nurturing strong relationships with your client, keeping clients on track, managing strategy for their digital projects and meeting your commercial and financial goals. Your role will be split across client relationships and commercial, and you will have a brilliant knowledge of the digital products and services and internal delivery process. They don’t need their Client Partners to be able to code, you will need some experience in the digital space.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
1. Experience in a digital environment and ideally from a digital agency or integrated agency working on digital projects / with digital products
2. Strong client services experience, a passion for meeting people, growing relationships and nurturing these relationships
3. A commercial mindset and experience in smashing your financial targets by identifying, developing and selling in new product and services, upselling and growing your client account
4. Spotting opportunities in the market for your client
5. Experience in working with your team to develop Statements of Work and keeping pipeline trackers up to date
6. A relationship builder who just loves to talk to people
7. A strategic thinker who has experience in working with clients to develop and shape their strategies across digital projects
