Finance Manager, £35,000 - £40,000, hybrid working

A growing consultancy, operating on a global scale, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their close-knit and dynamic finance team, based in Abingdon.
In this role you will be managing their US entity from start-to-finish, ensuring accuracy and consistency, as well as providing assistance to the Finance Director. This exciting opportunity offers a supportive working environment and the potential for further progression, with the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities for the right candidate.
Your new role
1. Preparation of the management accounts, including accruals and prepayments
2. Carry out bank reconciliation
3. Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting process
4. Collaborating with external and internal stakeholders to resolve payment queries
5. Producing payment runs
6. Overseeing the credit control activities
7. Handling client invoice and staff expenses
8. Commissions & bonus accruals and reconciliation
9. Deferred income/accrued income
10. Quarterly tax payments
11. Assisting with Audits
What you'll need to succeed
1. Prior experience handling intercompany charges is desirable.
2. AAT Qualified or QBE is preferred
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Strong Excel skills
