For the successful Customer Service Executive our client is offering:
* Salary £25,000 p/annum
* Monday to Friday 8.30 - 17.00
* Permanent

The role - Customer Service Executive
* Responsible for managing inbound and outbound enquiries
* Assisting customers with their information requests about cyber security training courses
* Liaise to customers with fluent EU language skills
* Correspond with customers via email and live chat in their native language about course information and costs
* Ensure excellent customer service during each contact.
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Executive
* European Language Skill: Italian, Dutch, German, or French - ESSENTIAL
* Previous Customer Service Experience gained from office environment - DESIRABLE
* Knowledge of IT / Cyber Security - DESIRABLE
