Job Overview:
The role will initially work on an established consumer event brand, plus one trade event. This portfolio takes place across the world, from Brussels to Sydney. All these events have strong reputations and exciting futures and require the right person to help drive them forward.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will demonstrate a genuine interest in events and be able to apply their enthusiasm to a variety of subjects and activities.
Specific role responsibilities include:
* Assistance in planning, writing and executing marketing copy.
* Maintaining event websites.
* Writing posts/Managing social media channels.
* Identifying advertising opportunities, negotiating costs and implementation.
* Producing promotional artwork for campaigns using Canva (training given).
* Supporting sales and marketing teams with emails using Mailchimp (training given).
Working Structure:
Permanent role, 37.5 hour week
22 days holiday (exclusive of three-day Christmas office closure and all UK bank holidays)
$25-$35 per hour estimated salary
