Digital Healthcare Consultant

We are actively seeking a Consultant to join our growing Government and Public Sector (GPS) team. This role will predominately focus on the healthcare sector within the larger GPS segment. What type of work will you be doing?
Our GPS team help public sector organisations to improve business and operational performance. The successful individual will work across projects in both management and technologyconsulting, serving clients in the GPS sector. Our work involves business transformations and modernizing legacy systems across central government and healthcare.
What we look for in a Digital Healthcare Consultant:

2. Strong experience of project delivery covering core consulting domains: e.g. digital transformation, product management, business strategy, process excellence, business analysis, customer experience or technology delivery.
3. Experience of establishing and a managing business and technical architecture (within recognised frameworks such as TOGAF) particularly in a healthcare setting including the design of effective data management approaches.
4. Practical experience working with various healthcare software(s) and the challenges of data integration.
5. Evidence of lasting business outcomes and innovative approaches to the delivery of sustainable change.
6. Demonstrates integrity to do the right thing - for your clients and your team.
7. Attention to detail and focus on quality.
8. Ability to draw insights from data and use evidence to draw conclusions and recommendations.
What we will look for in your CV:
9. 3+ years professional experience, ideally in healthcare architecture, data and/or analytics
10. Demonstrated experience of technology projects in healthcare
11. SC clearance is advantageous
12. Evidence of application of practical experience in business, process and data analysis roles
13. Understanding and appreciation of how technology can help solve business problems.
