We are looking for a Fleet Sales Coordinator to join our friendly, fast-paced team in Ipswich. John Grose are a multi franchise motor dealer group, and your role will involve looking after Ford, Peugeot, Citroen, OMODA, JAECOO and Kia Fleet Sales. You will be joining an experienced, dedicated and award-winning team!
Working closely with the Business Centre Manager, you will be supporting the smooth process of quoting, ordering and delivery of vehicles across the UK.
You will be involved with multiple tasks ensuring the accuracy of quotes, vehicle availability and placing orders as well as working with many different manufacturers and systems to provide updates to customers, ensuring every task required in the vehicle ordering process is achieved smoothly and to the highest standards.
You will need to be adaptable, well-organised and thrive on working in a busy and diverse environment. Useful skills or experience include:
* Email management and the ability to use Word and Excel databases effectively and accurately
* Ability to learn and work with a variety of software systems
* Confident communication skills when dealing with customers, suppliers and colleagues
* High attention to detail
* Ability to organise and manage your own workload and plan your day effectively
* Flexibility during peak periods
