Sales and Accounts Administrator Location: Thirsk, North Yorkshire Salary: Up to £27,378 p/a Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am – 4.30pm & 1 in 4 Saturdays, 7:30am – 11:30am We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales and Accounts Administrator to join our client’s small and friendly team based in Thirsk. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting sales order processing, customer service, purchase invoicing, and general administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Accurately input customer orders on a daily basis Handle incoming customer orders via phone and email Upsell products and services where appropriate Raise invoices and issue credits using Sage50 Accounts Post purchase invoices Send monthly customer statements Allocate customer receipts Manage day-to-day filing and general admin Support other areas of the business as required Requirements: Previous administration experience is preferred Excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone Computer literate, with Microsoft Office and accounting software experience, is beneficial Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Valid UK driving licence and vehicle due to remote location This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and welcoming team where your contribution will be truly valued.
