SCHEDULING ASSISTANT
LOCATION: Swindon
SALARY: £22,308 (£11.44 per hour)
JOB TYPE: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week (Temporary)
Role Purpose
As Scheduling Advisor and first point of contact for both internal and external enquiries, you will co-ordinate, plan and monitor the workload of our professional field-based staff to ensure an efficient flow in line with company standards and targets.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Confirming resource availability to meet daily schedule capacity requirements whilst liaising with other departments and head office staff.
2. Demonstrating adherence to confidentiality and data protection legislation whilst recording sensitive patient information.
3. Maintaining computerised records ensuring a high level of accuracy achieved at all times.
4. Accurately completing company documentation and forwarding it to external partners.
5. Dealing with internal and external queries and requests using own initiative.
Experience Required
