We are recruiting a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our Exeter-based team, working primarily with children and young people to provide assessments, therapeutic interventions, and support addressing complex emotional and relational needs. This role involves contributing to multi-disciplinary assessments and developing individualized treatment plans that prioritize a trauma-informed approach.
Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations using evidence-based diagnostic tools and therapeutic techniques.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans, focusing on trauma-sensitive and attachment-based interventions.
* Maintain detailed and sensitive diagnostic reports for families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals involved in the treatment team.
Requirements:
* Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or equivalent.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience working with children and young people in a clinical setting.
* Empathy and active listening skills essential for effective client engagement.
