A growing Hastings based educational organisation is looking to recruit a full time Payroll Administrator.
Job Description
As Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for:
1. Inputting payroll information and data.
2. Assisting with pension uploads and ensuring updated information.
3. Providing advice on statutory payments like SSP, SMP, and SPP.
4. Responding to queries.
5. Supporting in running reports, conducting analysis, and providing updated information.
6. Assisting with company benefits administration and annual P11Ds.
7. Keeping up to date with employment legislation and policies.
The Successful Applicant
1. Previous payroll processing experience.
2. Ability to perform manual calculations if required.
3. Experience with payroll software - Resourcelink, Northgate.
