Sales Support Executive – Vendor Finance – Warrington

Role overview
The primary responsibilities of the successful candidate are to:
* Undertake all administrative tasks to support account managers.
* See each deal through from initial quote to payout.
* Ensure accurate & up to date information is submitted to credit, lease documents are completed correctly & liaise with suppliers to arrange deliveries.
* Maintain relationships with suppliers, customers & account managers.
* Ensure they are regularly updated throughout the proposal process.
* Ensure all data is uploaded onto relevant systems completely, accurately and in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
* Ensure the appropriate documents are completed to the expected standard, and all information is accurate, including rates & fees in accordance with funder or pre-agreed supplier terms.
* Contact supplier/vendor/customers to gain information required to establish customer credit approval, and pass for Underwriting decision.
* Support the pre-underwriting process to conduct appropriate due diligence checks (e.g. credit/land registry searches) as required, prior to handover to Underwriters to make decisions.
* Progress, chase and follow up all accepted proposals for updates to ensure efficient payout.
* Ensure comprehensive, up-to-date customer account records are maintained on relevant systems and databases.
* Operate within the company data protection policies and procedures.
* Operate within the company compliance policies as relevant to the role.
* Operate within the company HR policies and company handbook.
Skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail
Experience
* 2+ years’ experience within the financial sector
Knowledge
* Good working knowledge of the calculator
* Sound understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
* Knowledge of how to complete finance and HP agreements
