Linking Leeds is going from strength to strength, so we are now hiring a Projects Manager to join our friendly team.
The Leeds Social Prescribing service aims to improve physical, mental and social health and wellbeing, through a holistic approach to improve quality of life and confidence in self-management and supporting independence. In this role, you will need to establish and maintain strong working relationships with other providers, organisations, and local authorities to promote the benefits of social prescribing.
