The Foundation are a highly respected brand consultancy in Belfast, known for their ability to get deep into rationale behind decisions and their engaging, positive approach. Many of our industry clients identify them as a joy to do business with. In the last year they have expanded their US client base considerably, following an acquisition of an esteemed digital consultancy and are now seeking a Senior Client Services Manager to support their growth. The Senior Client Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strong client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of profitable projects and maintaining high-quality processes and standards. They will proactively understand client needs, identifying opportunities for brand, creative and digital solutions. The role will also involve overseeing resources, reporting on project impact and contributing to business growth. Job Purpose A good fit for this role is someone who combines strong client relationship management skills with strategic thinking and a proactive, consultative approach to problem-solving. They will have experience briefing and managing internal teams, and a strong track record of delivering projects on time and on budget. The Role The Senior Client Manager is a key role within their creative consultancy team. The role involves working closely with the Client Director and the wider team to drive business transformation for their clients. The Senior Client Manager will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, delivering projects that exceed client expectations and ensuring processes and standards are delivered to a high quality.
