We are currently in a close partnership with a Multi academy trust in East Sussex who are looking for Teaching Assistants for their SEN schools.
Working with young people can be very rewarding but also challenging, requiring patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
The role of the SEND Teaching & Support Assistant is to support young people with identified Special Educational Needs or disabilities. You will help remove barriers that impact their ability to access the curriculum, engage in learning, and reach their full potential.
Experience working with young people is beneficial, but we also welcome applications from candidates with backgrounds in supporting those with additional needs or care work.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career, especially if you're looking to make a change and want to work with and improve outcomes for young people.
About the school:

* Assist learners with physical, personal care, or medical needs to promote independence;
* Implement specific educational programmes;
* Deliver activities to small groups of young people;
