We have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join the team at the Woodlands Event Centre, a 120 bedroom venue with a 250 seater Mediterranean restaurant, 2 full service bars, and 320 seater banqueting space.

No client is ever the same and we are extremely proud to be independent and have the ability to meet our guests' ever changing needs. We are looking for an energetic individual with experience in F&B to join our talented team. The person we are looking for needs to be special in so many ways to fit in with the culture we provide for our team and guests, as well as having the specialist skills we are looking for.
We want someone to join us who has had recent F&B experience in a similar role. You will need to have the skills to both manage a team as well as be a hands-on operator, and will have experience in managing, leading and developing a team. Duty Management shifts will form part of the role.
A key focus of the role will be on revenue generation, budgeting, operational standards, plus working with the People team to train and develop all team members.
