Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum
Location: Weston-Super-Mare
Contract Type: Fulltime, Permanent
Hours: 7:30am - 5:15pm, Monday to Friday, early finish (half day) on one day between Monday and Thursday. No Weekends!

Key Responsibilities for Maintenance Technician:
Equipment Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance on machinery and robotic systems to minimize downtime.
Troubleshooting & Repair:
Diagnose and resolve equipment issues promptly to maintain production flow.
Preventative Maintenance:
Carry out scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance to prevent production delays.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety guidelines and company standards in all maintenance activities.
Continuous Improvement:
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
