We are growing our High Net Worth department and looking for a sales-oriented individual with a high net worth and private clients insurance background to join our fast-paced and dynamic team in Norwich.
Salary: up to £45k per annum depending on experience, plus benefits.

* HNW insurance experience is required, preferably as a Sales Executive
What you’ll do:
* Generate prospects and achieve a range of business targets.
* Effectively manage a portfolio of existing clients and convert sales enquiries for new business leads.
* Provide first-class advice for our customer’s general insurance needs.
* Help other areas of the business grow by referring leads for GI and financial services.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience: Previous experience in a HNW insurance environment is essential, with experience as a Sales Executive preferred.
* Communication skills: Ability to build relationships with prospects and customers in a variety of ways.
* Customer focus: Enjoy working in a customer-oriented environment and embrace change.
* Technical knowledge: Be an expert in the HNW insurance market and use this to obtain the best cover for our customers.
* Attention to detail: High standards of work and an ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities.
* Growth mindset: A desire to learn and grow professionally.
You will provide first-class customer service in every customer interaction, ensuring our clients are satisfied with their experience and receive the insurance that’s right for them and their needs.
A professional written, telephone manner and customer service skills are paramount.
This is a fast-paced team of like-minded, ambitious, and outgoing individuals who support each other and, therefore, the role would suit someone who thrives within an energetic sales environment.
Our products vary from house, car, and travel insurance to individual clients.
Qualifications and experience:
* CII qualifications preferred but not essential.
* 2+ years of insurance experience (preferably as a Sales Executive).
