BASIC SALARY: £27,000 per annum

We are growing fast and due to an internal promotion, we are looking to add an Administrator to our professional team.
You will be based on site and be responsible for the movement of auction items coming into the warehouse, preparing fascinating items for sale and ensuring a timely dispatch to customers. This is an important role, supporting the team with logistical and admin processes maintaining a streamlined process for our UK and overseas customer requirements.
We have decades of experience in the Sports Memorabilia industry and as our Warehouse, Auction, Sales Administrator you will be responsible for:
· Stock Control, storage and warehouse management
· Picking and packing items in preparation for the sale room e.g. sport memorabilia
· Supporting the team with off- site sales
· Supporting the business and colleagues with general administrative tasks including data entry
· The packaging / dispatch process and any related queries

To be our successful Warehouse, Auction, Sales Administrator, you will be confident in your approach, and have a keen eye for detail. You will have a strong interest in sport and a passion for the items we sell, working in a unique warehouse with valuable and fragile items of Sporting Memorabilia.
Tasked with managing your own workload independently you will be:
· Confident, professional with excellent attention to detail
· Able to work within set timescales
· Competent with IT systems including the full suite of Microsoft Office
· An experienced Warehouse, Auction, Sales Administrator; able to multi task and handle a variety of admin functions
· Personable and an enthusiastic team player who has a genuine love of sport!
