Office Administration Manager
Location: Warrington

The Role
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Support the Managers within the business as well as the office staff
* Provide Admin support to Regional Management Team
* Understand the time writing, project buyer procedures and roles to maintain the required standard and to back fill junior positions when required
* Develop and maintain a filing system
* Liaise with Document Control
* Organise and schedule appointments
* Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
* Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
* Maintain office policies and procedures
* Order office supplies
* Maintain contact lists
* Book travel / meetings arrangements
* Submit and reconcile expense reports
* Provide general support to visitors
* Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
* Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
* Manage the site office facility, liaise with BUK Facilities manager and suppliers/maintenance team
Desirable criteria:
· Proven experience as senior administrative assistant or office manager
· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
· Working knowledge of office equipment
· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel / Word and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
· Strong attention to detail
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
