Cambian Potterspury Lodge School is a special school providing excellent opportunities for up to 64 children and young people diagnosed with Autism and who have an EHCP. The successful applicant will need:
* Extensive experience as a Headteacher or Deputy Head in a similar SEND environment or setting.
* Good understanding of the School Improvement process, effective curriculum models, and development processes aimed at achieving an outstanding rating.
* Thorough knowledge of the Independent School Standards.
* Ability to motivate, support, and develop staff and pupils using a person-centered approach.
* A proactive 'can do, will do' attitude with a desire to succeed and improve the school.
* Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
