Are you an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant looking for a new challenge with an agency that allows its staff autonomy over their work?
We are working with a highly respected Education Agency looking to add an additional Recruitment Consultant to their team based in Oxford. The team prides itself on putting people and children first, and all staff are passionate about providing the best service.

Great recruiters understand the importance of relationships. My client takes the time to understand the individual needs of each school and the teaching staff they require. For you to be successful, strong communication and listening skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and develop relationships with candidates and clients based on trust, knowledge, and openness
* Source and interview potential candidates, including qualified teachers and support staff
* Carry out business development calls to inform schools of available candidates
* Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
* Meet schools face to face by carrying out school visits
What We Need From You:
* Full driving licence and access to a car for school visits
* Passion for providing excellence in the classroom
* Experience as a recruitment consultant, educator, or in a sales-based role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
