TSR are proud to be working with a leading organisation within the EMEA region, who are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to support the EMEA HR Director and wider HR team in delivering a first-class HR service. This role is integral in shaping and executing both global and regional HR strategies, with a particular emphasis on Learning & Development (L&D) and Talent Management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing employee skills, driving organisational growth, and fostering a positive and engaged workforce while handling generalist HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
General HR Responsibilities:
1. Support the EMEA HR Team in managing workload through the execution of generalist HR tasks, including employee relations investigations, grievance and disciplinary hearings, recruitment & selection, and onboarding.
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures related to L&D and Talent Management, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and regional employment law.
3. Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems.
4. Stay abreast of HR best practices and legislative changes to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
Learning & Development:
1. Design and implement comprehensive L&D programmes aligned with strategic business goals.
2. Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and implement appropriate learning solutions.
3. Develop and deliver training programmes, workshops, and leadership development initiatives to upskill employees and prepare high-potential talent for future leadership roles.
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
5. Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
6. Manage relationships with external training providers to ensure high-quality training delivery.
7. Monitor industry trends in learning and development to maintain a competitive edge.
8. Track and manage training budgets, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
Talent Management:
1. Develop and implement strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent across the EMEA region.
2. Oversee performance management systems, including annual Performance Development Reviews, talent reviews, and career development programmes.
3. Support the EMEA HR Director in regional succession planning initiatives.
4. Collaborate with the HR Director and Recruitment Manager to build a robust talent pipeline through strategic partnerships with external talent sources.
5. Establish clear career pathways to enhance employee retention and engagement.
6. Align Talent Management initiatives with broader business objectives to support growth and organisational success.
Person Specification:
Qualifications:
1. CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) – not essential
2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (2:1 or above preferred).
3. Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 2 years focused on Learning & Development and Talent Management.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
2. Proven experience in a similar HR role with expertise in L&D, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement.
3. Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programmes.
4. Intermediate or higher proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
6. Strong team player with the ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects within a fast-paced environment.
8. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
9. Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software.
10. Experience in an EMEA-wide role and/or within a global business environment is advantageous but not essential.
