The Role : Our client is a market leading reseller of vending capital equipment. They are seeking a driven, energetic and focused junior candidates to join their Borehamwood office as a Business Development Manager. Your role will be phone and Teams based and will involve converting incoming leads, generating new customer contacts and pitching your proposition to SME and Corporate businesses. There will be daily and weekly KPIs and structured training will be provided. Once settled in role, there is the option to work 3 days per week from home. After 6 months the ideal candidates will love to a field-based position and visit Southeast based customers face to face.
Who are you?
* You are educated to degree level.
* Access to Borehamwood and must be able to drive.
* Drive to work in sales and happy working to daily targets.
* Our client is looking for a driven, bright and coachable candidates with a desire to break into a sales career.
* Customer service, hospitality or retail backgrounds would be ideal experience.
* Full training will be provided so experience in this industry is not essential.
* You will need to be target focused, enthusiastic, motivated and forward thinking to succeed in this role.

The Package for the successful Graduate Business Development Executive:
* Basic: £27,000 - £30,000
* OTE: £42,000
* Hybrid - 3 days in office and 2 days at home
