We are recruiting for a Business & Project Support Administrator in Digital Services to join our new digital team leading the new EPR project. We are seeking someone who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
This role will support the safety and governance personnel within Digital EPR project and will include diary management, handling correspondence and day-to-day requests into the office, administration for team meetings, quality improvement projects and stakeholder management.

Main duties of the job
You be will be a skilled communicator who prioritises your time efficiently, with the intuition to anticipate the needs of their service and the discipline to work independently and at pace.
You will demonstrate a customer service approach and have personal credibility to inspire confidence in colleagues and external stakeholders.
Communicate with tact, understanding and discretion with members of the public/patients/carers with members of the public/patients/carers when dealing with enquiries/complaints.
Assist with facilitating all project meetings with the key stakeholders, and any other relevant service related meetings, including data collection, preparation and distribution of agendas and reports, taking
minutes and recording actions maintaining these records.
Optimise IT applications by using effectively all aspects of Microsoft applications to produce accurate and well-presented documentation, presentations, development of spreadsheets etc.
Support the senior leadership team within Digital services in delivering projects as required; including collating, analysing and manipulating data in order to compile high quality reports for senior managers, often at short notice.

Qualifications/ Training
Essential criteria
* Able to demonstrate a good level of general education to Grade C and above GCSE level in Mathematics and English or equivalent.
* RSA III or equivalent and/or Word Processing Qualification
* NVQ Level 3 Administration qualification or equivalent
* Advanced IT Skills in MS Office
Desirable criteria
* Shorthand
* Audio Typing
* Secretarial qualifications
* Minute taking qualification
Previous Experience
Essential criteria
* Substantial experience in use of IT systems e.g. Word processing, spreadsheets, internet, Excel, power point.
* Experience of working to tight deadlines and under pressure
