Description About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Skilled Labourer to join our Guinness Property Empty Homes team. This is a permanent full-time role covering Crewe to Chester and the surrounding areas in-between, working 39 hours per week Mon- Thurs 8:00-16:30 and 8:00-15:30 Friday. This Skilled Labourer position will assist qualified trades personnel and carry out remedial works to a high quality, ensuring that a customer focused maintenance repairs service is delivered. A full, clean current driving licence (held for at least 1 year) is essential. This position will require a basic DBS check which will be paid for by The Guinness Partnership. We are looking for a motivated individual who can Carry out minor remedial building works to a competent standard such as (but not limited to) groundworks and decoration. Work in a customer focused environment within agreed performance targets. Work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information. Ability to carry out physical tasks and lift weights in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines. Operate safely having considered any environmental circumstances and possible risks including working at height(s). Demonstrate the Guinness Behaviours.
