We are seeking Relief Support Workers to provide excellent person-centred care and support to tenants with learning disabilities, assisting them in developing everyday living skills and enjoying a wide range of activities. We require positive and enthusiastic individuals who demonstrate superb communication skills, can work within positive behaviour support guidelines, and encourage tenants to live socially inclusive lives. Staff must build a trusting and friendly rapport with all service users and work within local and corporate policies in a dignified manner.
Experience: Twelve months experience is essential for our Relief Support Worker roles. The posts offer potential candidates the opportunity to work across other services and with individuals who have a range of support needs. We require warm, motivated, and person-centred individuals with a keen interest in providing personalised support to meet individual care plans.
This Relief Support Worker position enables you to pick up shifts at a time that suits you, ideal for fitting around personal commitments, study, or caring responsibilities. You will be paid on a weekly basis.
