We are seeking a Facilities Technician to assist with facility maintenance, compliance, and repairs across multiple sites. Responsibilities include supporting outsourced contracts, planned maintenance, emergency response, and general site upkeep. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, and building systems. Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules. Provide first-line response for security and fire services. Assist with modifications, installations, and minor repairs. Work closely with external contractors to ensure quality service. Requirements: Experience in Facilities Maintenance and Health & Safety. Knowledge of compliance regulations and best practices. Strong problem-solving and planning skills. IT proficiency (Microsoft Office). Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry is beneficial. 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
