As the Senior Administrator, you will be at the heart of our operations, providing essential administrative support to the Apprenticeship & Employability Team. You will manage key processes, oversee compliance, and ensure smooth coordination across various activities that support apprenticeships and employability programs.
Main duties of the job
* Lead on the administration of apprenticeship and employability programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations.
Job responsibilities
* To act as the first point of contact to all team members dealing with their day-to-day queries and support. This will require ensuring all enquiries are effectively managed and successfully resolved within a prompt timescale ensuring all relevant personnel are informed as necessary and an appropriate record is maintained. Liaising and effectively communicating at all levels using written, oral and electronic methods. Using tact and sensitivity to deal with difficult issues as required.
* To ensure, wherever possible, that all documentation is up-to-date, in an orderly fashion and available whenever decisions are being made, reporting exceptional circumstances where necessary. This will require: effective collaboration with all relevant personnel to maintain an efficient administrative system; building good working relationships with appropriate internal and external Departments, planning and monitoring activity levels to ensure optimum use of staff resources, reporting related issues to the; manipulation and distribution of appropriate correspondence.
* To continually contribute to Workstream Agendas. This will require: undertaking any project work as directed, including obtaining information from the Internet, collation and reporting of data in order to produce reports and spreadsheets utilising relevant Trust IT systems, as determined by the role, ensuring all relevant patient data is collected and input accurately in line with Trust guidelines. These systems will include all Microsoft packages.
