We are currently seeking a Service Manager to join our team in providing excellent customer service and overseeing the service operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background within a main dealer service department, they will have excellent customer service, mechanical knowledge, and excellent team management skills. This will be a 2 stage interview process A starting salary of up to £35,000 with an achievable bonus with a ote of circa £45,000 plus a company car awaits the right candidate Duties: - Manage and lead a team of service staff and workshop technicians to ensure efficient operations - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner - Oversee invoicing procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions - Utilise mechanical knowledge to be able to converse with customers and resolve service related issues - Implement strategies to maximise sales through effective upselling techniques - Monitor service quality and compliance with company standards - Coordinate with other departments to streamline service processes Skills: - Proven experience in customer service management within a main dealer - Proficiency in running a team and attaining budgets - Ability to effectively upsell products or services to customers - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Leadership capabilities to guide and motivate a team Join us as a Service Manager and play a key role in delivering exceptional service while driving business growth
