Vines of Gatwick is looking for Corporate Sales Support Administrator. Your role As we relaunch our Corporate Department, we are dedicated to forging strong, strategic partnerships and driving growth in the corporate sector. The Corporate Sales Support specialist is essential in supporting the Corporate Sales team by managing administrative tasks, handling customer enquiries, and facilitating sales processes. This role demands a detail-oriented, organised individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering superior customer service. What We're Looking For: Assist with daily administrative tasks and sales documentation. Prepare and process sales documents, quotes, and contracts. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, resolving issues promptly. Provide professional, knowledgeable support to ensure customer satisfaction. Manage CRM system updates and customer demonstration bookings. Arrange Corporate deliveries and develop effective manufacturer contacts. Order and locate vehicles, complete AFRL paperwork, and manage vehicle deal files. Attend sales meetings and handle customer complaints. Track vehicle debtors and conduct weekly customer updates. Support all team members and contribute to achieving financial goals. Hours: 0830 – 1730 Monday – Friday Rewards 24 days holiday (excluding bank holidays) increasing to 29 days as your length of service increases.
