Role Overview:
In this role as Chief Marketing Officer, you will craft and steer the company’s marketing strategy. Leading a team of five marketing professionals, you’ll work closely with the leadership team to align marketing initiatives with core business goals. This high-impact role offers a unique opportunity to strengthen the brand and fuel the company’s continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Shape and Drive Marketing Strategy: Design and implement a dynamic marketing strategy to enhance brand presence, attract new clients, and deepen engagement with current clients and candidates.
* Lead and Develop the Marketing Team: Guide and develop a team of five marketing professionals, fostering a supportive and results-oriented environment with clear objectives and regular coaching.
* Strengthen Brand Identity: Build and maintain a cohesive brand voice across all channels, ensuring their messaging resonates consistently across digital platforms, client interactions, and candidate communications.
* Boost Lead Generation and Growth: Drive efforts to generate high-quality leads for both client and candidate pipelines, closely coordinating with the recruitment team to create unified, impactful messaging.
* Oversee Content and Campaigns: Manage the creation and deployment of content, digital marketing campaigns, and traditional media efforts, making sure we reach target audiences effectively and efficiently.
* Analyse Data and Performance: Regularly review marketing performance metrics, deriving actionable insights and using them to continuously improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
* Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with teams across sales, recruitment, and operations to ensure that marketing efforts align smoothly with business goals and enhance overall strategy.
