About the Role
Join our dynamic HR Talent & Organisational Capability (T&OC) Team as a Learning Specialist, where you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and delivering innovative training initiatives tailored to the needs of our UK/ EMEA business. Your efforts will ensure a comprehensive training program accessible to employees from entry-level to senior-management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to assess the requirements of various UK/ EMEA business areas.
2. Design, deliver, and evaluate engaging training programs utilizing multimedia and diverse learning approaches.
3. Build and maintain effective relationships with business areas and corporate partners to leverage these connections for the benefit of Lockheed Martin.
4. Provide detailed consulting and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
5. Implement team-focused development initiatives, such as Insights Discovery or similar.
6. Drive operational excellence by utilizing appropriate resources to develop employees.
7. Serve as a subject matter expert, partnering with businesses to evaluate the effectiveness of learning activities and demonstrate Return on Investment (ROI).
8. Facilitate and deliver training sessions across all employee levels, from entry-level to senior-management.
9. Collaborate with the wider T&OC Team on various learning and talent-related activities, including reporting.
10. Develop and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and provide associated training to employees.
11. Support Early Careers events as needed.
Required skills, qualifications and experience
12. Proven experience in conducting L&D Training Needs Analysis.
13. Strong OD and OE knowledge
14. Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
15. Experience in designing e-learning systems and delivering virtual training.
16. Experience working within early careers development.
17. Demonstrated delivery and facilitation skills.
18. Ability to work proactively and responsively.
19. Stake holder Mgt, able to communicate at all levels.
20. Coaching.
