Finance Assistant 11 Month Contract Leeds, West Yorkshire (LS1) Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a fantastic business in the central Leeds area as they look to recruit a Finance Assistant into their team on a full time, contract basis (maternity cover). Key Responsibilities: Processing of supplier invoices in the accounting system with weekly production of the creditors list Daily bank reconciliations Weekly expense processing and credit card spend management Credit control and cash allocations Weekly production of debtor list Ledger account balancing and manual journal entries Assisting with VAT returns, management accounts, and cashflow Liaising with other teams to ensure reports and information are provided in a timely manner Fixed Asset register management Assisting with facilities management Requirements: AAT Qualification (desirable) Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role (essential) Must be available to work in the office full time
