The Opportunity:
* Graduate Teaching Assistant
* Graduates with a 2:2 or above Hons degree required*
* Aspiring educational psychologists/ SEN Teachers
* 1:1 & Small Group work
* Nuneaton
* Full-time roles – Monday - Friday
* £482- £530 per week
The successful graduate must:
* A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
* A genuine interest in education and helping students achieve their potential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Previous experience in a school or educational setting (desirable but not essential).
* Knowledge of special educational needs (SEN) and strategies to support students with additional learning needs (desirable but not essential).
Key Responsibilities:
* Support teachers in the delivery of lessons and classroom activities.
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, particularly those who require additional assistance.
* Help create and prepare teaching resources and materials.
* Assist in managing classroom behavior and maintaining a safe and positive environment.
* Provide feedback on students’ progress and help identify areas for improvement.
* Support students with special educational needs, if required.
* Participate in school events and extracurricular activities as needed.
* Help with administrative tasks, including tracking student attendance and progress.
